Manifesting.

Dealing with a bipolar diagnosis while trying to embrace spirituality can be quite challenging. Sharing dreams or discussing spirituality often leads to people dismissing them as symptoms of (hypo)mania. I used to wonder how I managed to achieve my goals, unaware that I had been manifesting all along.

As a teenager, I dreamed of living in London. Eventually, that dream became a reality. Despite my bipolar and ASPD diagnoses, I found myself reaching my goals. However, I realised that living in London wasn’t providing the best environment for my kids. They needed more freedom and a better quality of life, so we decided to move to the coast.

To keep the vision alive, I created a beach playlist on Spotify and listened to it daily, imagining myself and my kids enjoying the seaside whilst listening to the playlist. A few months later, this vision came true, and we moved to a house by the sea. Though the journey was stressful, I was determined to make it work.

At that time, I didn’t know about manifesting; I thought I was just bipolar daydreaming. Then one day at the local swimming center, I noticed the locker key had the number 333. This led me to look up the significance of synchronicity numbers.

Explanation below: 333

Try to go as far as you can go and let it become whatever it becomes.” The angel number 333 ‘encourages to set plans into action and let your personal strength be the guide; to trust yourself and put thought into your choices’.This angel number also is connected with optimism, creativity and intuition.

It then dawned on me… I had been manifesting all along. This discovery marked the beginning of my journey into spirituality, meditation, numerology, astrology, manifestation and finally, I had experienced my spiritual awakening. Yay!!!
